What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
All approved returns are issued as store credit, not a cash or original-payment-method refund. Store credit is issued once we receive and inspect the returned item, and can be used toward any future purchase.
Defective or incorrect items: If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we cover return shipping in full, and you'll also receive priority handling on your store credit.
All other returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Requested within the 7-day window
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at hello@evaniia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions.
- Ship the item back (or, if defective/incorrect, we'll send a prepaid label).
- Once received and inspected, we'll issue your store credit within 3 days.

Why does Evaniia cost more than a standard picnic blanket?
Evaniia isn’t designed to be a basic picnic blanket.
It combines multiple features into one considered product – built-in weighted corners, integrated crossbody carry, hidden storage and a design intended for repeated use across the beach, park and everyday outings.
Our goal was to create a picnic blanket you’ll want to keep using, rather than constantly replacing

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes up to 5-7 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

How much does shipping cost?
- Flat rate of $6.99 AUD for Standard Domestic Shipping
- For Express – a flat rate of $14.99 AUD
- International - a flat rate of $19.99 AUD
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check order status by logging into your account.
